Returns & Exchanges
We would like all of our customers who buy from us to be in love with their new Liwo Design purchase. If, however, you are unhappy with your order, we will be able to refund your order.
Should you wish to return your order, please get in touch at email@example.com. Items must be returned to us within 14 DAYS/2 WEEKS of delivery, in an unused condition, along with its original packaging.
Please note that we can not exchange any custom made orders or Sale items.
*Courier charges are non-refundable and the return cost of any packages are the responsibility of the customer
If the goods your receive from us are damaged upon opening or not what you ordered, please notify us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 48 hours of receipt.
We have no obligation to accept any returns after the expiration of the applicable return period (14 days after receipt of your parcel).
Please ensure when returning the parcel that the products are properly protected.
We are happy to repair, polish or clean any pieces bought from us whenever possible. Each piece must be assessed by us and my be subject to a repair/cleaning fee.
